If this guy is vying for Most Monstrous Freedom Hater of Them All, he’s doing marvelously

Harry Reid says it’s time to do away with the southern borderĀ fence, and also to reunite illegal aliens who are “same-sex partners.”

I personally never was in favor of a wall on our borders, but I think the majority of the populace is, so Reid’s bill backing out has no chance, imhfo; besides, who’s the Commander in Chief elect anyhow? I have been shocked at Reid and Pelosi’s behavior since O was elected. LBJ would have called them into his office and given them both a horse whipping. Clinton might have reserved some other treatment for at least one of them.

But how can loving freedom be loving a wall?

I think it will be interesting indeed to see which kinds of instances motivate TCM to be his own man and which ones have him operating in lockstep with the FHer leviathan.

Loving freedom is loving a wall in this way: freedom depends on the rule of law, and you get a flood of lawbreakers pouring over our southern border when you don’t have a wall.

So this flood of lawbreakers. Wonder what draws them across the border?
Who pays them their dineros? Just wait until robotics is perfected. Nobody works. And nobody has them but da man.

Who exactly is this “da man” you cite so frequently?

What draws the lawbreakers over the border is a county that functions decently and is prosperous and affords people opportunity and is relatively free of corruption compared to where they came from. And the best and most noble institutions and values of Western civilization made that so.

poetic license, otherwise it takes too many words. In this case, the individuals (or the corporations they hide behind or which hide behind them) that hire and pay those in the flood of lawbreakers we have to wall out. Why don’t we throw some bums outta here, over onto the other side of the wall, when it’s built? Oh, I forgot about our burgeoning prison population. Resurrect Gitmo for Corporate Criminals! And let us all have a shot at them.

What draws whom you call lawbreakers (and they are) is the American dolla brought to them by da man who breaks the law and presents it to them in exchange for work da man can apparently not get done better or less expensively otherwise. Yet you say they are drawn here by some great gift we want to build a wall for to keep others out. Without da dolla from da man, I say dey won’t come here, hence no need for no wall. But we’ll bomb you back to the stone age if you got something we want and you ain’t giving up?

Say, tell me, is the moniker Freedom Hater an original or are you borrowing it from one or more of your neo con heroes? Just wondering.

    da man
    he be
    selfish
    he be mean
    which sucks
    he be greedy
    want you needy
    he not nice
    thinks he’s special
    wants you docile
    plays his games
    at the table
    life’s a joke
    and you aren’t
    left laughing

And I guess after all this time of reading BN you still don’t understand the worldview being put forth here. It very explicitly involves the principle that U.S. businesses should not hire illegal aliens.

And, yes, I coined the term “Freedom Hater” myself.

A once perceived reasonable gentleman (it’s why he won two elections) exits stage wrong:

    http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090112/ap_on_go_pr_wh/bush_news_conference

To the GOP, he said it must be “compassionate and broad-minded” to come back from the drubbing it received in last year’s elections, in which Republicans lost the White House and sank deeper into the minority in Congress. He said the immigration debate of two years ago was harmful, because conservative opposition to broad reform made it appear that “Republicans don’t like immigrants.”

“This party will come back. But the party’s message has got to be that different points of view are included in the party,” he said.

So what? They’re still here waiting for a bail-out, eh, since American businesses are not legally authorized to hire them, eh? Still need that wall then. Bad bad message here, freedom lovers.

Evidently, this Mr. Dings doesn’t realize what a major disaster is happening south of the border. Mexico is on the verge of colapse into anarchy! We are a land of law and order with no use for this mess to boil over and flood our Southwest, like an overflowing toilet or septic tank. Keep the sewage contained.
