    Mr. Dings likes (thumbs up) this article. It recognizes the problem, does not absolve individual responsibility (with hand-outs), seeks equitable solutions. And it does not call opponents freedom haters or jack-booted totalitarians. It makes a body think there can be a reasonable and workable solution.

    I particularly like the emphasis on de-centralization, letting localites with their own particular health-care issues, be the ones to come up with ways to address it.
