It’s taking on a bit of a Guns-of-August feel

Indian intelligence says it has in its possesion a satellite phone that makes indisputable the connection between the Mumbai terrorists and Pakistan’s ISI.

And then Pakistan says, “We get a clear indication that India is massing troops along the border, we’ll pull our troops off their Taliban-hunting duty and mass them along the border as well.”
